Ways to Get Involved

Participate in our wellness events, creative sessions, dialogue circles, and mental health focused gatherings, all designed to be accessible, culturally responsive, and community centered. We also encourage you to share ideas for events you would like to see implemented in the community, your input helps inform and shape our programming.

Contribute to events, support setup and facilitation, assist with outreach, or offer your skills in art, wellness, administration, social media, or community organizing. Volunteers play a critical role in creating safe, structured, and supportive spaces for all participants.

Organizations, artists, wellness professionals, and community leaders can partner with us for ongoing programming or collaborate on one-time events, workshops, or initiatives that align with mental wellness and community care. We welcome partnerships and collaborations with individuals and organizations committed to promoting the destigmatization of mental health and providing meaningful benefits to the communities we serve.

Provide support through financial contributions, in-kind donations, sponsorships, or other resources that sustain our programs and expand access to evidence informed, community based mental health initiatives. You can also support our mission by lending a space for events, workshops, or gatherings, helping us create safe, welcoming environments for the community.
